Eligibility Window
Clients may request refunds within fourteen calendar days of invoice payment if no proprietary workshop materials were delivered electronically.
Full Refunds
Full refunds apply when Motionnetcore cancels a cohort or fails to schedule kickoff within mutually agreed timelines documented on email.
Partial Refunds
If workshops partially conclude, refunds reflect undelivered milestones minus documented preparation costs disclosed beforehand.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-printed corridor kits, allocated facilitator travel beyond Busan, or third-party licensing fees remain non-refundable once incurred.
Process
Email refunds@motionnetcore.digital with invoice references. We acknowledge within three business days and outline evidence requirements.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds return via original payment rails within fourteen business days subject to banking cycles.
Cancellation by Client
Late cancellations after materials ship convert to credit toward future cohorts unless proposals specify otherwise.
Exceptions
Force majeure events receive case-by-case extensions documented in writing within Republic of Korea frameworks governing service interruptions.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers or related Republic of Korea instruments applicable to service contracts.
