Agreement Overview
These General Terms govern access to motionnetcore.digital and any instructional programs operated by Motionnetcore (“we”, “us”). By browsing or requesting information you acknowledge these terms. Program-specific scopes remain described in written proposals—not inferred solely from marketing pages.
Operational Responsibilities
Clients supply timely stakeholder availability, accurate corridor facts, and tooling credentials controlled by their IT partners. Motionnetcore facilitates workflows but does not substitute for client procurement, staffing decisions, or statutory interpretation.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables remain Motionnetcore intellectual property until invoices referenced in proposals are satisfied unless explicitly waived in writing. Clients receive operational licenses to reuse templates internally without redistribution.
Liability Boundaries
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Motionnetcore is not liable for indirect losses, speculative revenue assumptions, or downstream sponsor disputes arising after workshops conclude.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Venue rests with competent courts in Busan unless both parties agree otherwise in a countersigned amendment.
Dispute Resolution
Parties attempt negotiation for fifteen business days before escalating to mediation in Busan in Korean or English as mutually agreed.
Termination
Either party may terminate engagements for material breach after written notice and a seven-business-day remedy window unless urgency warrants shorter timelines documented jointly.
Modifications
We may revise these terms with dated publication on motionnetcore.digital. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless statutory protections supersede.
